We want our customers to be thrilled with their purchases and we understand that being able to return an item provides a level of comfort for the buyer. Therefore, refunds are on a case-by-case basis. Refunds require prior authorization by us in the form of an email. To be able to accept a return we ask you to please not remove the price tag or our Customer Satisfaction tag.
Simply email us a request to return the item within 24 hours of delivery receipt at Hello@RedClosetBoutique.com. We would appreciate if you shipped the item in original packaging and have it post-marked within 48 hours of receiving the package.
If returning an item, please provide us with a tracking number when the item is shipped. Any return lost in transit is the responsibility of the buyer.
Refunds will not be honored and sale is final if tags on handbags have been removed, item has been used, altered in any way from pictures in description.
Exchanges are also possible. Return Shipping fees are the buyer’s responsibility and are non-refundable.
